  • Get a written estimate.
  • Be suspicious if by-the-room prices are used without measuring.
  • Ask about furniture moving charges.
  • Be wary of mileage charges.
  • Extra treatment, such as protector and deodorizer, cost more.
  • Manner and appearance should be professional.
  • Your questions should be answered completely and pleasantly.
  • The cleaner must understand warranty requirements.
